Documents to enclose
You must enclose the following information with this application. Please have these documents ready digitally before completing the form:

• Construction drawings, including dimensional drawings.
• Clear color photos of the site and immediate surroundings.
• A site drawing of the existing and new situation, including dimensions.
• Written explanation of the spatial initiative or building plan.
• Written justification in which you make clear why it is possible to deviate from the environmental plan (Balanced allocation of functions to locations, former good spatial justification).
• If applicable: when cutting trees: drawing showing the greenery to be cut or pruned.
• If applicable: the report of the VRI session (Front Porch Spatial Initiatives).
• If applicable: for an environmental plan activity building: construction detail drawings.
• If applicable: a flora and fauna quick scan survey.
• Written note: Do you expect objections to be filed by the surrounding area?
• Written note: Have you applied participation?
  • If so, in what way have you implemented this?
  • If not, in what way do you intend to fulfill this?
• Written note: What other permissions do you expect to need? (pipeline operators, Water Board, etc.).
• Other documents you consider important to the processing of your application.
