Are you moving within or to the municipality of Zoetermeer?

• You can submit the change of address to us using this form.
• Do this no later than 5 days after you move. You may report earlier, but not more than 4 weeks before the move date.
• The date you specify as the moving date = the date of the change of address.
• Notice! You cannot change the address change date once your move has been processed.

Are you not moving within or to the municipality of Zoetermeer?

• If so, you cannot use this form.
• Report your move to the municipality where you will be living.
