Report event

You give 3 weeks' notice of an event:

• In which up to 250 people are present.
• Which lasts up to 1 day (Mon to Thu from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. / Fri and Sat from 10 a.m. to midnight and Sun from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.).
• Where no objects are placed larger than 25m² (except bouncy castles).
• Which is non-commercial (a free activity). This means:
  • That no goods, food or drinks may be sold. Hiring a food truck/ice cream cart is allowed, but not if visitors have to pay for it during the event. 
  • No entry fee may be charged.
• The noise level of the event falls below standard standards:
  • Day period > 07.00 - 19.00 hours 75dB(A)
  • Evening period > 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. 70dB(A)
  • Evening period Fri and Sat > 19.00 - 00.00 70dB(A)
