Whether you are a board member of an Owner's Association or an apartment owner, if you want to take steps with insulation, solar panels or energy conservation, now is the time to ask your questions. How do you arrange financing? What subsidies are available? How do you combine maintenance and sustainability? What does the division deed say and what can you do with it?
