What documents should you include?

You must include attachments with this application. It is wise to have these documents on hand (digitally) before filling out the form. 

For modifying executives:

• Copies of the employment contracts of all executives to be added.
• Copies of IDs of all executives to be added.
• Certificates of good conduct(VOG) of all executives to be added.

File format

• You must submit the documents for this application in the following file formats: Word, Excel or Pdf.
• A photo or screenshot of a document is not allowed.
