Declaration of emigration must be made within 5 days before your departure.
You can report your emigration online if all family members (children, parent(s), spouse, partner) are emigrating at the same time.
You are not emigrating with your entire family, family members remain at your address? Then you can gé no online declaration, you must make an appointment.
All family members who do leave with you must come to the counter in person. This also applies to children under the age of 18. All persons coming with you to the appointment must bring valid identification.
Are you emigrating to the Caribbean Netherlands (the countries of Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten and the municipalities of Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius)? Then you will need proof of your emigration. In this case you cannot file an online declaration. Make an online appointment for the emigration declaration at the Public Desk.
