Apply for housing permit

Before completing the application, check our website zoetermeer.nl/housingpermit in which case you need a housing permit. Make sure you have had your landlord or manager complete and sign the annex to housing permit (pdf) in advance.

With this application, please send along:

• Proof of identity of the applicant and all persons moving with them (including children).
• A non-EU resident residence permit (if applicable).
• Recent income information: Pay stubs or benefit statements for the past 3 months or a recent employer's statement (of the applicant and all co-moving persons who have income).
• Attachment to housing permit, completed and signed by your landlord or manager (pdf)

Make sure you have all attachments ready digitally before completing the form.

Do you have a business?

• Then send along your most recent annual report of your company and an excerpt from the Chamber of Commerce.
