Europatunnel closure
Due to maintenance, there will be work in the Europa Tunnel and a number of closures in the coming nights.
On Monday, October 6, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 7, the Europatunnel from America Road/Afrika Road to Australiëweg will be closed. The direction of travel from Americaweg to the Europatunnel will also be closed. Traffic from Americaweg will be diverted via Afrikaweg.
On Tuesday, October 7, 7:00 p.m. to Wednesday, October 8, 5:00 a.m., the Euro Tunnel will be closed in the opposite direction. Should the work take longer than expected, work will also take place on that side of tunnel on the night of October 8-9.
During the closure of the Europa Tunnel, the Europaweg will be open as usual and traffic will be able to pass overhead.
