Taxes companies

Every year, starting at the end of February, municipal tax assessments and WOZ decisions are sent out.

Direct debit authorization

This gives the municipality permission to debit the amount from your account in equal monthly installments.

Requesting a waiver

Can't pay your taxes? You may be entitled to remission.

File an objection

Do you believe that the tax or WOZ value is incorrect? Then you can file an objection.

Copy of assessment

You can request a copy of the municipal tax assessment from the municipality free of charge.

Business investment zone contributions

The Business Investment Zone contributions (BIZ contributions) are for owners and users of non-residential properties in designated business investment zones on Dorpsstraat.

Real estate tax (OZB)

You pay property tax (OZB) if you are the owner and/or user of a home, commercial building or building site.

Precario tax

Pay if you use a terrace or display for sale of merchandise and/or advertising sign(s) on public municipal land.

Sewer levy (tax)

For discharging your wastewater, stormwater (rain) and groundwater to the municipal sewer system.

Tourist tax

If you offer accommodation in your hotel, bed & breakfast, vacation home, or campsite, you pay tourist tax.
