If you apply for an environmental permit for a renovation, we will submit your application to the city architect.

The municipality checks whether everyone who builds or renovates complies with the rules.

You usually do not need a permit to demolish. Often you do have to report the demolition to the municipality.

With this permit you can give a building or site a different purpose than stated in the environmental plan.

The municipality keeps building plans and construction drawings. You can view these by appointment.

An opinion is a response in a legal procedure and concerns a draft environmental decision of the municipality.

Give your opinion about a construction project or development of a specific area in the city. 

If your home or business is not connected to the sewerage system, you must apply for a connection from the municipality.

As the owner or user of a building, you are responsible for fire safety and fire prevention.
