Through MijnZoetermeer , all residents of the municipality of Zoetermeer have access to a Personal Internet Page (PIP). A personal Internet page is a safe and reliable environment on the Internet in which you can do business with the government. With MijnZoetermeer this is done in a convenient and easy way, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day from anywhere with Internet access.
To gain access, you will need a DigiD. DigiD stands for Digital Identity. It allows you to log on to government and healthcare websites. Your DigiD consists of a user name and a password that you choose yourself. Your DigiD is valid for 3 years after you last used it. Applying for a DigiD is free.
Login from July 1, 2023 with DigiD app and additional SMS verification via phone

My data
Here you can see the details of you known to the municipality (currently: name, address, place of residence). You cannot change this data; if it is incorrect, you can notify the municipality. You can also add your own data here, such as e-mail address and telephone number. These details are automatically pre-filled when you want to fill out a form. Of course, you can always change these details.
My affairs
In "My affairs," you can track the status of cases for:
- A move or emigration that you have reported to the municipality.
- Your request for an extract from the Basic Registration of Persons (BRP).
- A request for confidentiality of personal information about you or your family members.
- A request to change the use of your last name upon marriage or registered partnership.
MijnBelastingen
At MijnBelastingen you will find your own tax assessment(s) from the municipality. If you disagree with an assessment you can file a digital objection at MijnBelastingen .
You will only see an assessment in MijnZoetermeer if the assessment is in your own name.
Pay attention to the time!
After you log in with your DigiD login code you will enter a secure environment. You fill out the form within a secure part of our website. This is to protect your data. You have 15 minutes per page to fill in the data. After that, DigiD closes the page and deletes all the data you entered. So make sure you have all the necessary data at hand before filling out the form.
