Cadenza 2 housing project

A new housing project is being built on Italiëlaan. The design consists of part low-rise and a tower about 70 meters high. The low-rise will contain 60 youth housing units with a communal terrace. In the tower, 20 owner-occupied apartments and 141 free sector rental apartments will be built. The building will have a parking garage for residents. The garage will also have space for shared cars and bicycle parking. The ground floor will provide space for commercial and social facilities.
