In the Netherlands, anyone may organize a demonstration or protest. This is a fundamental right. Do you want to demonstrate in a public place in Zoetermeer? If so, you must notify the mayor in advance. This way, an assessment can be made in time as to whether measures are necessary. For example, for traffic and safety.
