Incidental festivity, notification
Each year, the municipality designates a number of days or parts of the day for collective festivities. Larger noise standards are permitted during these times. The Apv contains rules to limit nuisance for local residents. As a company or association, you must comply with these rules. For days that have been designated as collective festivities, you do not need to report them.
Occasional festivity
Do you have a catering establishment? Then, in addition to the collective festivities, you may also organize an "incidental festivity" a maximum of 6 times per year. You must report this in advance to the municipality.
