Dealing with money, course

In the Coping with Money course, you will learn to balance your income and expenses.

Who is the course for?

  • For all adult residents of Zoetermeer.
  • It doesn't matter how high your income is.
  • You must be able to speak, write and read reasonable Dutch.
  • Do you have a partner? Then we recommend taking the course together.

How long does it take?

  • The course consists of 6 lessons of 2.5 hours.
  • There are no classes during school vacations.
  • Do you attend all the lessons? Then in lesson 6 you will receive a certificate that you have completed the course.
  • Please bring a bag to the 1st lesson (you will be given materials to take home).

  • Make plan of action, set goals.
  • Charting income and expenses.
  • Creating financial statements.
  • Organize administration.
  • Savings.
  • Dealing with offers and temptations.
  • Insurance, savings and loans.
  • Solving debts or asking for help.

When and where?

  • A course starts a few times a year, 5x weekly and the 6th class takes place about 2 months later.
  • The course will take place in Zoetermeer.
  • After you register, we will inform you when and where another course will start.
