Nature Garden round-trip walk on Sunday, Oct. 26
Those who love autumn with the beautiful hues of trees, shrubs and crops are in for a treat now in the Nature and Landscape Garden. The reeds turn golden yellow, the leaves on trees red and purple, apples light up against the darker background of the undergrowth. If you walk with the guide on Sunday, you will not only see all this, but also hear about the special features of the Nature Garden at this time of year.
The tour lasts over an hour; participation is free. The walk starts at 14:00 at the picnic table opposite where the old Westpunt stood and where the new building is now rising. (Entrance Westerpark via Turfberg at No. 1, on the signs follow direction Nature Garden/West Point).
The tour is less suitable for wheelchair users. They can visit part of the Nature Garden through a separate entrance.
Dogs are not allowed in the garden.
