Training Better For Yourself at inZet

The Better For Yourself training at inZet helps you to gain insight into your complete health and to draw up a plan. We approach health in 6 dimensions: bodily functions, mental wellbeing, meaning, quality of life, participation and daily functioning.

Why do we do this? Because you are more than your complaint or problem. We want to know what is important to you, so that we can help you better. Together we look at: what is going well, what do you want to change and what can you do yourself? In this way we work on a life that suits you.

What do we think is important to you?

Together we look at questions such as:

  • How do you feel in your body?
  • Do you often feel happy or gloomy?
  • What makes your life worth living?
  • Can you participate with others?
  • Can you take care of things yourself?
  • Are you satisfied with your life?

After a welcome meeting where getting acquainted is central, each session addresses one dimension. After the final meeting, you will have a clear picture of your situation and the corresponding steps you can take. Here we start from your resilience and qualities.

Monday, Sept. 1 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. (walk-in from 12:30 p.m.) at the Oosterheem drop-in location, Zanzibarplein 5 (next to Oosterpoort sports hall).

The training is free of charge if you are registered with inZet. If you are interested, please contact someone from team access or if applicable your own supervisor. The trainer of the group will then contact you to get acquainted and share practical information.
