"What if...? You have questions about fall hazards and nutrition as you age?
On Tuesday, November 25, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., inZet is hosting a meeting of the "What if ...?" series at Zanzibarplein 5 in Oosterheem. This time with the question 'What if ... you have questions about falls and nutrition as you age?' Be welcome and get informed!
With "What if...?" each month, we discuss various topics regarding aging and preparing for the future. Everyone is welcome to learn more about questions such as "What will change when you reach retirement age?" "What if you want to live smaller? During these meetings, inZet professionals work together with guest speakers with knowledge from the specific fields. Over a cup of coffee from the house, we share information and there is room for questions and good conversation.
At the upcoming meeting, Neighborhood Sports Coach for the Elderly Miranda van de Stadt will be on hand to inform you about the importance of fall prevention as you age. She will bring along the Smart Floor! By walking on it, it instantly measures how fall-prone you are yourself. Also joining us is Lianne Reitsema, dietician at Golden Heart, to tell you all about the importance of proper nutrition as you age. The meeting will be led by elder advisor Veronique Eggink.
