Wood burning workshop - Week of Connection

Have you ever wondered how those beautiful drawings and texts are burned into wood? Find out for yourself by joining the wood burning workshop. The workshop will be given by Marion of Marimore Design.

A drawing or text is first made on beautiful boards or another wooden object. You really don't have to be a Rembrandt to do this; there are examples and carbon paper works wonders too. Marion will explain a few things about the wood burners and once the drawing or your design is on the board, you can get to work. You can make it very personal or special for someone as a gift. Ideas aplenty, and if necessary with a little more advice and guidance it will work out just fine and you will go home with a unique work of art.
