Redevelopment America Road
In November 2016, the council approved the college proposal to revitalize America Road. Specifically, it involves the public area between Culture Stage Farm and Meerzicht Avenue, including parallel road America Road and parking lots.
Outside the Gymworld development, a lot is available for a hospitality facility, possibly combined with a leisure facility. The surrounding public area will also be addressed. As much as possible, the plan area will take into account a request for additional parking spaces for the benefit of Boerderij Cultuurpodium and maintaining the P&R parking spaces already present in the development area America Road.
