Visitor arrangement for parking in the center

• The visitor arrangement is implemented on behalf of the municipality by P1 | Digital Parking Counter Zoetermeer. 
• You apply for the visitor arrangement for a period of 1 year. 
• Even if you have already used the arrangement in previous years, you must reapply for this arrangement every year. 
• The visitor arrangement entitles you to 70 hours of parking per year. It is not possible to request more hours. 
• Remaining hours expire at the end of the year. You cannot take them to the next year.

To qualify for a visitor arrangement, you must meet the following conditions:

• You are registered at an address in the paid parking area in the city center. 
• Even if you do not have a car yourself, you can apply for the visitor permit. 
• A maximum of 1 arrangement will be issued per address.

Your visitors may park in the paid parking spaces (not in a parking garage) in the center of Zoetermeer. 

Please note! Your visitors are not allowed to park in the paid parking spaces at the Centrum West bus station. Your visitors can only park in the parking lots closed off with a barrier when they are open to shoppers.

If your visitor parks longer than 4.38 hours, they can park for free for the rest of the day. A maximum of 4.38 hours will be deducted from your parking hours.

A parking permit is separate from the visitors' arrangement. However, you can apply for both at the same time at Parkeerservice Zoetermeer.

To apply for the visiting arrangement, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Parking Products webshop .
2. Click on 'Resident'.
3. Log in with your DigiD or email address. 
4. Select 'City Center Visitor Arrangement'
5. Please check your details and confirm your application.
6. You can still submit an application afterwards.
7. Are you done with your applications? Then you can pay.

What happens after your application?

• You will receive 2 emails:
  • The ^1st email is a confirmation of your request with the invoice (which you have already paid).
  • In the 2nd ^e -mail you will receive the approval of your application. You will also receive an explanation of the use of the visitor arrangement.
• You must create a password in the Visitors App. This will allow you to log in and out of your visit.

The Visitors app is free and suitable for smartphones and tablets with iOS or Android. After creating an account, the app is ready for use.
