  • Providing information and advice.
  • Register and refer to the homeless shelter in The Hague (if necessary).
  • Help with practical matters, such as registering with Woonnet.
  • Refer to appropriate aid organizations.
  • Help with applying for a postal address.
  • We cannot offer you a home.

The Homeless Point can help you apply for this. We will check whether you are eligible for a postal address at the Salvation Army.

Can my care provider also make an appointment for me at the Homeless Point and come with me to the appointment?

Yes, that is allowed. It can be nice if someone supports you.

I want homeless benefits, what should I do?

Make an appointment with the Homeless Point Zoetermeer, and we will look together at what you are entitled to.

I don't have the money to travel to the Homeless Desk in The Hague. What now?

The Homeless Point can give you a HTM day ticket. Make an appointment with an employee of the Homeless Point.
