Subarea 3, Luxembourg Avenue et al.

Subarea 3 includes the Stadshartpassage, Luxemburglaan 1-15 (the former ABN AMRO), 70LUX and Duitslandlaan 11 (the site of the former V&D building). Luxemburglaan forms an important entrance to the Stadshart from Europaweg and is directly and visibly connected to the Stadshart Passage. The owner of the passage has plans to renovate it. Connected to the Luxemburglaan and Stadshartpassage is the Duitslandlaan. The municipality has plans to qualitatively improve the Duitslandlaan and the Luxemburglaan.
