Residential development Engelandlaan 270
Developer Bakkers|Hommen Waerdevast wants to build housing on the Engelandlaan 270. The existing Ypsilon office building will be demolished and the proposal is to build an apartment building up to 70 meters high here with 150 studios (rental), called Sea Tower. Some new parking spaces will also be created in the public area surrounding the building plan.
