Party night for all volunteers in Zoetermeer

In 2025, Zoetermeer voor Elkaar will exist for 5 years - and we will celebrate it with you! This festive evening is especially for all the volunteers from Zoetermeer who are committed to our city. Because without your commitment, involvement and enthusiasm, Zoetermeer would not be what it is: a warm, social and connected community.

Theme: The World in Zoetermeer

Zoetermeer is a city full of color, stories and diversity. We will show that during this special evening! The theme 'The World in Zoetermeer' symbolizes connection, encounter and appreciation. Together we show that we are all part of one world - each with our own culture, background and experience.

Expect an evening of music, dancing and fun, with performances by local artists, worldly snacks and drinks and a program in 2 halls:

  • a large hall with danceable live music and recognizable songs for everyone
  • a smaller room with world music and acts from different cultures

Registration is required!

There is room for up to 600 volunteers. Full = full, so register quickly using the form below. The evening is intended for volunteers who are active in Zoetermeer and live in the city. After your registration you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. One week before the party we will send you final information and entry instructions.

Why this party night?

The party evening is part of the anniversary year of Zoetermeer for Each Other. This platform exists for 5 years and is the heart of volunteer work in Zoetermeer.

We will celebrate the anniversary with several activities, including:

  • A volunteer market during MeerZoeterMeer (Oct. 11)
  • a workshop day for volunteers (Nov. 1)
  • A photo contest with the theme "Volunteers in the Picture
  • And to finish: the party night on Dec. 19!

Together we will make it an unforgettable evening
