Code of conduct for political office holders

How should a political office holder behave? This is described in the Code of Conduct for Political Office Bearers.

The code is intended for mayor and aldermen and council members. With a few exceptions, the rules of conduct address all of these political office holders. The code of conduct also applies to committee members.
