Municipality and business owners join forces for future-proof business parks

The business parks Rokkehage, Hoornerhage and Zoeterhage are an important driver of Zoetermeer's economy. On January 8, 2025, the municipality and the boards of the collectives in these areas signed the agreement "Future-proof Zoetermeer Business Parks.

Over the next 2 years, the municipality and entrepreneurs will work together to create a safe, clean and sustainable environment. Action plans are drawn up annually with concrete measures, such as: improving traffic safety, tackling crime, making buildings and public spaces more sustainable and applying climate adaptation.

This cooperation makes business parks more attractive to companies, stimulates innovation and strengthens employment. This contributes to economic growth and broad prosperity in Zoetermeer. The agreement is valid for 2 years and can be extended.
