Walk-in consultation hours for assistance with completing income statements

The process for reporting your income to us online via the new resident portal, MijnInkomen (inwonersportaal.zoetermeer.nl), works differently than the previous portal. We understand that handling matters online isn’t easy for everyone. Do you have questions about the new portal or need help with this change? You can get assistance during walk-in consultation hours or by contacting the Formulierenbrigade.

Stop by between March 23 and April 2 for assistance

In the coming weeks, we will be holding walk-in consultation hours where you can drop by without an appointment to ask questions and get help filling out your income statements.

The consultation hours are held at Zuidwaarts 9 (formerly known as Werkplein, located at Zuidwaarts 9 next to the ANWB store).

You can visit us on these days:

  • Monday, March 23 – from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 24 – from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday, March 27 – from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Monday, March 30 – from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 31 – from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, April 2 – from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
