How long will it take?

  • The municipality will contact you within 2 weeks to discuss your complaint. 
  • If the municipality starts an investigation, you will receive a response to your complaint within 6 weeks. 
  • For handling complicated cases a period of 10 weeks applies. We will inform you about this. 
  • Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can file a complaint with the National Ombudsman .
