Filing a complaint
You can file a complaint if:
- You have not been treated properly by an official or administrator.
- You do not receive a response to a letter or you have to wait too long for a response.
- The municipality does not keep agreements made.
- You ask for information, but you don't get it from the municipality.
- You are not satisfied with a tender process.

You can file a complaint in 2 ways.

How long will it take?
- The municipality will contact you within 2 weeks to discuss your complaint.
- Does the municipality launch an investigation? Then you will receive a response to your complaint within 6 weeks.
- There is a 10-week period for handling complex cases. We will inform you about this.
- Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can file a complaint with the National Ombudsman.
