Muzieksalon Meerzicht: enjoying music from the 1950s and 1960s together
Fans of music from the 1950s and 1960s are welcome every month at the Muzieksalon Meerzicht. This enjoyable afternoon of music is an initiative of enthusiastic volunteers with a passion for records, nostalgic sounds, and socializing.
On Thursday, January 29, the Music Salon will once again be dedicated to recognizable melodies, sing-alongs, and musical memories. Visitors can listen to golden oldies (Dutch hits), enjoy pop, rock, country, blues, or folk music. Anyone who wants to can have a dance or sing along.
Feel free to bring along one of your own old records and play your favorite song. Each edition also has a different musical theme, with space for local residents who want to share their musical talent.
The Meerzicht Music Salon takes place every last Thursday of the month and is the place to be for fun, recognition, and musical enjoyment. Everyone is welcome, young and old, who loves music from the past.
