Questions about the night bus?

Check out answers to the most frequently asked questions below.

Why is the night bus not in the trip planner (OV9292 app)?

We are currently investigating what it will take to add the night bus to the trip planner. If we are successful in adding the night bus to the trip planner, it will be a static timetable that corresponds to the current timetable as currently displayed on the website. Thus, this timetable will not reflect live departure and arrival times.

The night bus did not run as scheduled. Can I get compensation for the extra costs incurred?

Current travel times are posted at www.zoetermeer.nl/nachtbus. In case the bus is delayed or not running, the information on the website cannot be updated at that time. We understand that this is annoying. Unfortunately, any extra costs incurred will then not be refunded or compensated. If it is the case that travel times change for a longer period of time we will of course adjust the data on the website.

Who is responsible for the night bus?

The night bus is an initiative of the municipality of Zoetermeer and is driven by a private carrier. A security guard always rides on the bus as well.
