Soccer club FC Zoetermeer was founded in 1975 and has been located at the sports park at Scheglaan 11 in Zoetermeer since 1990. FC Zoetermeer's complex consists of the club building, wash and changing rooms and 4 soccer fields.

New construction

After architectural investigation in 2018, it was found that the washing and changing room, which is managed and owned by the municipality of Zoetermeer, is in poor condition. In order to renovate it, a council proposal was submitted in 2018 and budget was made available to renovate the washing and locker room. FC Zoetermeer has seized this opportunity to renovate the aging club building as well. The new complex will be realized in cooperation between the municipality and FC Zoetermeer.

Design

In cooperation with FC Zoetermeer and the design team, a final design has been developed. This design can be found with the documents at the bottom of this page.

Planning

    Elaboration of the final design.

    Submit environmental permit & tender construction team partner.

  3. Still to do: April 1, 2022 -

    Working out the final design into an implementation design in the construction team.

    Price and contracting contractor.

  5. Still to do: July 1, 2022 -

    Demolition of current buildings and construction.

  6. Still to do: January 1, 2023 -

    Completion of new building and commissioning by FC Zoetermeer.
