New Year Nature Garden Walk on Wednesday, Jan. 1
What could be better than starting the new year with a walk that is as healthy as it is enjoyable? Close to home, in the soothing atmosphere of the Nature and Landscape Garden.
On Wednesday, January 1, you can join a walk with one of our guides who will show you the characteristic landscapes and tell you about their peculiarities, such as the grove, the differences in height between the ditches and the experiment at the bog pond.
The tour is free and lasts over an hour. The walk begins at 2 p.m. at the picnic table opposite where West Point stood (Westerpark entrance via Turfberg at No. 1, on signs follow towards Nature Garden/West Point). The tour is not suitable for users of wheelchairs or walkers. They can visit part of the Nature Garden through a separate entrance. Dogs are not allowed into the garden.
