Location Willem Dreeslaan

Businesspark Oosterheem is the business park on Willem Dreeslaan. This area contains small-scale offices, businesses and social and commercial facilities on both sides of the road. The construction of the lots along the Willem Dreeslaan is finished. Only the finishing of the site, such as making entrances and exits at the last lot next to Eneco, still needs to be done.

Location Oosterhage

The Oosterhage site is the business park (approx. 15 ha) on the edge of the Oosterheem neighborhood. Over the years, a number of plots have been issued and realized, but some of them still lie fallow. These are lots 6b to 6f, 10b and 14 as shown in the map.

Lot 1 Huygens Street: NBD Biblion

Construction is finished and building in use.

Construction is finished and building in use.

Lot 2b Huygensstraat: business building

Construction is finished and premises in use. The collective business building consists of 15 units with areas ranging from about 70 sqm to about 210 sqm.

Lot 3 Huygens Street: HTM

Lot in use for storage by HTM.

Lot 4 Huygensstraat: Holland Underwear

Construction is finished and building in use.

Lot 5 Huygensstraat: Tango gas station

The Bedrijventerrein Oosterhage/ Businesspark Oosterheem zoning plan designates a location for a gas station, including the option for a car wash, shop and a catering establishment (maximum 200 m²). LPG sales (autogas) are not permitted. The gas station will be on the corner of Olof Palmelaan and Opticaweg, with the entrance on Huygensstraat. The land will be leased to Kuwait Petroleum (Nederland) BV.

A walk-in meeting was held on November 23, 2023 in which local residents expressed their concerns, especially about light, noise and youth nuisance. All questions and comments were collected and addressed. The environmental permit was granted on June 26, 2024, then objections were filed. After a hearing on December 4, 2024, the municipality decided to uphold the decision. To reduce light pollution, additional planting will be installed. The draft planting plan can be viewed below.

Construction completed and premises in use.
Wholesale for used and new office furniture.

Lot 6b to 6f Voltastraat

The municipality is working on a subdivision plan for these lots; they are expected to go on sale soon.

Lot 9&9a Van der Waalsstraat: Fortune Coffee

Construction is complete and premises in use. Lot 9a involves an expansion of the existing adjacent business.

Lot 10a Van der Waalsstraat: Dytos

Construction is finished and building in use.

Lot 10b Van der Waalsstraat

This lot is for sale through business broker Hopman and Schreuder.

Lot 10c1 Van der Waalsstraat: Zoeber

Construction has begun.

Lot 10c2 Van der Waalsstraat: Boris Bayer

Construction has begun.

Lot 10d Van der Waalsstraat: Rijver

For lots 10d1 through 10d4, construction is complete and the properties are in use.
Only lot 10d5 is still on sale.

Lot 12 & 13 Zernike Street: pallet trade

It is expected that for lot 13, the agreement for the expansion of the pallet store on lot 12 will be finalized soon.

Lot 14 Zernike Street

Lot is still vacant. It will be re-marketed.

Lot 15 Zernikestraat: Van Woerden recycling

Construction is finished and building in use.

Lot 16a Zernikestraat: Piet de Wit Snacks

Construction is finished and building in use.
