Piëzo is looking for volunteers for the neighborhood garden in Noordhove!
Do you enjoy gardening, do you have green fingers (or want to get them), and are you looking for an activity where you can help people in a practical way? Then join the enthusiastic team of volunteers at the Noordhove community garden!
Piëzo is looking for volunteers who can commit to one or two half-days per week (on a Tuesday and/or Thursday) to help with gardening as a working foreman/woman. You will help with pruning, weeding, planting, and harvesting.
They are primarily seeking individuals who wish to collaborate on this work, for example, with people who are interested in learning the Dutch language or with individuals who simply desire meaningful conversation.
Experience is not necessarily required. Your enthusiasm is what matters most.
Location: Noordhove neighborhood garden, Da Sangallo room 10 (near the school gardens, behind De Baanbreker elementary school).
For more information or to register, please contact Odette Panneman, Social and Cultural Worker at Stichting Piëzo: odette@stichtingpiezo.nl or 06-36019137. Or feel free to drop by.
