Demolition works Oostergo 2-16 and 37-51
De Goede Woning will soon start demolishing the buildings at Oostergo 2-16 and 37-51. This for the benefit of the new construction of 26 new homes. The work will be carried out by contractor Jan Knijnenburg.
During the week of Oct. 13, 2025, Jan Knijnenburg will begin installing construction fencing and preliminary work. Work will take place Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and sometimes on Saturday. The demolition will take about 3 months. The site is expected to be ready for transfer to De Goede Woning before Christmas 2025. This will be followed by work on cables and pipes.
Noise and dust nuisance may be experienced during demolition. The contractor will do its best to minimize this as much as possible.
