Consultations Elder Bus and price change strippenkaart

To better serve the elderly in Zoetermeer, the Elder Bus is starting walk-in consultations at various locations throughout the city. This new service offers the elderly the opportunity to ask questions in person, learn more about the timetable, and get information about outings organized by the Elder Bus.

During the walk-in hours, seniors can go for advice and explanations on how to use the bus, what tickets are needed, and what fun and interesting outings are on the agenda. This initiative provides more direct interaction and personal attention, lowering the barrier to using the Elder Bus. The walk-in consultations are intended to improve the accessibility of transportation for the elderly and to support them with their mobility in and around Zoetermeer.
