Consultations Elder Bus and price change strippenkaart

In order to better serve the elderly in Zoetermeer, the Ouderenbus is starting walk-in consultation hours at various locations in the city. This new service offers the elderly the opportunity to ask questions in person, learn more about the timetable, and get information about the outings organized by the Ouderenbus.

During the walk-in consultation hours, seniors can come for advice and explanations on how to use the bus, which tickets are required, and which fun and interesting outings are on the agenda. This initiative ensures more direct interaction and personal attention, which lowers the threshold for using the Ouderenbus. The walk-in consultation hours are intended to improve the accessibility of transport for seniors and to support them in their mobility in and around Zoetermeer.
