Accessibility
When building www.zoetermeer.nl we pay a lot of attention to accessibility, build quality and findability. We want to offer all information in such a way that everyone can view and use it.
The website has been built according to the EU accessibility standard EN 301 549. This standard is based on internationally recognised agreements on accessibility, sustainability, interchangeability and findability of websites.
Parts that the website does not yet meet
Not all PDFs on our website are accessible. That is why we will convert PDFs as much as possible to regular web pages, long pages with a menu, or interactive forms in the coming months. The website also does not fully meet the accessibility requirements on technical components. These points can be found in the accessibility statement This is also being worked on.
Accessibility Statement
We regularly have our website tested by an independent testing agency. Based on the test report, we can make improvements. We publish our progress on this page and in our accessibility statement The statement was drawn up on 12-3-2020. Last modified on 7-10-2020.
Other websites
Municipality of Zoetermeer has multiple websites under management. Accessibility statements have been or are being drawn up for these as well. For an overview, see the page Overview of municipal websites .
