Peddling is selling goods or services door-to-door or on the street where the seller does not have a fixed stand.
You may peddle free of charge in Zoetermeer. You do not need a permit. A permit is required for stalls and collections.
When are you allowed to peddle?
You sell food or other goods (not door-to-door)
- Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Sunday from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
You may not drive back and forth on one street or between the same streets and/or neighborhoods, and you may not occupy a fixed spot.
You sell/deliver food or other goods door-to-door:
- Daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. except Sundays and holidays.
Vending ban
You may not peddle if doing so endangers public order, public safety, public health or the environment.
