These awards recognize the efforts of individuals and organizations that have made a positive commitment to arts and culture during the past year.
Arts and Culture Award and Incentive Award.
The Arts and Culture Award is presented to a person or organization that has made a special achievement to the arts and culture sector in Zoetermeer in 2024. Examples include an inspiring artist, a striking project or a unique festival. The Incentive Award is intended for emerging talent within the Zoetermeer arts and culture sector. This may be a person or group that has put in an innovative effort over the past year.
Nomination
Do you know a person or organization deserving of the Arts and Culture Award or the Incentive Award? If so, please send an e-mail to cultuurloket@zoetermeer.nl by December 19 . Include who you are nominating for which award and explain why you think this person, association or organization should be considered for this award.
Presentation
The award ceremony will take place on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at the CKC in Zoetermeer. During the festive gathering, all nominees will be presented. An expert jury led by Alderman Wim Blansjaar (Culture) will judge the nominees and award the Art and Culture Award and the Incentive Award to the lucky winners.
