At Piëzo we believe that personal attention makes all the difference. As a PiëzoMaatje you support adult participants in their development. Together you work step by step on growth, in a way that suits everyone's capabilities and pace.
A PiëzoMaatje is more than a companion: you are a listening ear, a support and often also a source of inspiration. For example, you help participants build structure, increase their self-confidence or practice the Dutch language in everyday situations.
Counseling takes place at one of Piëzo's locations. There, participants work on their future while at the same time beautiful encounters and meaningful contacts arise.
As a PiëzoMaatje, you are never alone. You get a good introduction and can always fall back on the guidance of a professional team. This allows you to fully focus on what is really important: taking steps together towards independence, self-confidence and participation in society.
