This summer, swimming pool De Watergeus opened in Zoetermeer. The city council passed a motion to offer all Zoetermeer residents a pool pass for this new pool.
How do I get my free ticket?
Every household in Zoetermeer will receive a letter with discount codes. With these codes you can buy tickets for the activity 'Free swimming' via here. After booking you will receive the e-ticket in your e-mail. You can print the ticket or have it scanned from your phone at the pool.
When will I get my free ticket?
The letter with the discount codes was sent in week 31. Did you not receive a letter after August 16, 2024? If so, please contact us using our contact form.
How many free tickets will I get?
You will receive as many free tickets as the number of people in your household, with a maximum of 10 tickets per household. For example, does your household consist of 3 people? Then there are 3 discount codes in the letter.
I did not receive enough tickets. What can I do?
If you have not received enough discount codes, please contact us through the contact form until Oct. 1, 2024. We will be happy to help you resolve this.
For which activities is the ticket valid?
The discount codes allow you to purchase a ticket for the Free Swimming activity . The ticket is not valid for other activities. The ticket is valid only at swimming pool De Watergeus.
When can I come and swim with the free ticket?
With the free ticket, you can come and swim between August 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025 with the exception of fall vacation, Christmas vacation, spring break and May vacation. There is a maximum number of spots available per day. Buy your ticket in advance online. You will see the available days and times when booking.
How do I submit my discount code?
Go here to purchase your ticket. You can enter the discount codes from the letter online while booking. With the discount code, the amount to be charged will be 0. Visit www.optisport.nl/vrijkaartje-watergeus for a detailed roadmap. You will also find this step-by-step plan on the back of the letter you received.
Can I enter multiple discount codes at the same time during one reservation?
No, you can only use one discount code per reservation. Therefore, if you want to redeem three discount codes, for example, you must make three reservations.
Do I have to redeem all the discount codes at once?
No, you don't have to use the discount codes all at once. You can redeem the codes separately.
Until when can I redeem the discount codes?
You can submit the codes from August 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025.
Are the codes personalized?
No, the codes are not personalized. You may give the codes to someone else.
