June – Activities at the neighborhood library
Thismonth, the Rokkeveen neighborhood library is hosting a variety of activities for people of all ages. These include workshops, storytime sessions, and gatherings centered around reading and sharing stories. Many of the activities are free and open to the public without registration.

June 20 – Craft Afternoon at De Vlieger Shopping Center
On June 20, children ages 2 to 11 can get creative during a fun craft afternoon in honor of Father’s Day. From 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., they’ll make a beautiful gift and let their creativity run wild. It’s a fun and accessible activity for families in the neighborhood—just drop by!
June 22 – Staying Safe Online (55+)
On June 22, there will be a meeting at De Vlieger Community Center on safe internet use for people aged 55 and older. You’ll learn how to spot digital fraud and what to do if you’re unsure. Professionals, such as the police, will share practical tips, and there will be time to ask questions.
