Low income but still have good health insurance? Choose the municipal policy!
Do you have a lower income but still want good health insurance? Then take advantage of the municipal policy. With a municipal policy through the municipality of Zoetermeer, you are comprehensively insured for lower costs. In some cases, the municipality contributes to the premium.
You can choose between several policies. You can find more information about the policies on the website www.gezondverzekerd.nl/zoetermeer. You can also sign up for the municipal policy there until December 31, 2024.
When do you qualify?
Thanks to group health insurance, people with incomes up to 120% of the social minimum have one less financial worry. Under welfare standards are the income limits by age and family situation. This way you can see for yourself if you qualify.

You can also stop by during one of the special consultation hours. Here we will answer all your questions and help you sign up or switch online. These consultation hours are at City Hall-Forum (City Hall Square 1) on the following dates:

You can register for a consultation hour by sending an e-mail to: czmonline@zoetermeer.nl with the subject line consultation hour. Please indicate in the e-mail which consultation hour you would like to attend.
Remember to bring your ID proof or passport, bank account number (IBAN) and your old health care policy when you come to a consultation. Do you want to co-insure your family? Then bring the BSN numbers of your family members with you.
