"Okay Life" Day 2026 in Noordhove

On Saturday, September 19, 2026, the Oké Leven Day 2026 will take place at and around the Noordhove '86 Neighborhood Association in Zoetermeer. From 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., people aged 55 and older and young seniors can explore a variety of activities and learn about ways to age healthily, actively, and vibrantly.

A varied program

There's plenty to do during Oké Leven Day:

  • Active clinics and exercise activities to help you stay active in a fun way.
  • A variety of workshops on a wide range of topics related to leading a healthy and fulfilling life.
  • An information fair featuring local offerings and community partners.
  • A bike tour organized in collaboration with ArchitectuurPunt and Gilde Zoetermeer.
