Are you at least 18 years old and of Dutch nationality on election day? Then you will receive the voting pass in your mailbox by Wednesday, October 15 at the latest. Take this voting pass , together with your ID, to the polling station. You cannot vote without the voting pass .

Are you moving just before the election?

The address at which you are officially registered on September 15, 2025 determines in which municipality you can vote. You will receive the voting pass at the address where you are registered on that date. Do you want to vote in your new municipality? Then request a voter's pass from your old municipality.

Problems with your voting pass?

Did you not receive a voting pass after Oct. 15, did you lose your voting pass or is it damaged? Then you can request a replacement voting pass online by Friday, Oct. 24, 12:00 p.m.

You can also request a replacement voting pass at the front desk in City Hall. This can be done until Tuesday, October 28, 12:00 noon. You do not need to make an appointment.
