Elections, voting pass lost, damaged or not received

Your voting pass will be delivered to your home no later than October 15, 2025. Did you not receive a voting pass for the elections to the House of Representatives after October 15, 2025? Or have you lost or damaged this voting pass ? Request a replacement voting pass .  

Notice:

  • Did you move within Zoetermeer after September 15, 2025? If so, your voting pass was delivered to your old address.
  • Did you move to Zoetermeer from another municipality after September 15, 2025? Then you can only vote for members of the House of Representatives in your previous municipality. You cannot then apply for a substitute voting pass in Zoetermeer.

How do you request a replacement voting pass ?

  • Fill out the form: Request a Replacement voting pass (pdf).
    The form allows you to indicate that you would like to request a replacement voting pass for the election of members of the House of Representatives.
  • The form must be received by the municipality by Friday, October 24, 2025 12:00 noon.

Personal request

  • Come to the Public Square desk at Engelandlaan 502 in Zoetermeer. You do not need to make an appointment for this.
  • Please bring your valid ID with you.
  • This can be done until noon on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at the latest.
  • You will receive the replacement voting pass immediately.
