"Take Better Care of Yourself" Training

Would you like to gain a better understanding of your overall health? Our “Take Better Care of Yourself” training program helps you look beyond just your symptoms or problems. 

Together, we'll assess your health and create a plan that fits your situation and goals.

We want to know what’s important to you so we can help you better. Together, we’ll look at: what’s going well, what you’d like to change, and what you can do on your own. That way, we can work toward a life that suits you. 

We always start with an introductory session so that everyone can get to know each other. Then, in each session, we focus on a different aspect (dimension) of health. These include bodily functions, mental well-being, a sense of purpose, quality of life, participation, and daily functioning.

After the last session, you’ll have a better idea of how you’re doing and what you can do to improve your health and well-being. We’ll focus especially on what you’re already good at and where your strengths lie.

August 17—Monday from 12:30 to 14:30 at inZet Oosterheem, Zanzibarplein (next to the Oosterpoort sports hall).
