Week of Connection in Rokkeveen
In the Rokkeveen neighborhood, a number of socially involved organizations have joined forces and sought cooperation with each other. They have a common goal and that is to mean something in the social field for each other, for the Rokkeveen neighborhood, for Zoetermeer, for society. They do this by connecting with each other. This is how the 'Week of Connection' came about in the Rokkeveen neighborhood.
From Oct. 14 to Oct. 18, the first edition will take place. During this week, all kinds of free activities are planned:
Monday, 4 p.m.-5 p.m.: Sporting Club Zoetermeer provides kickboxing classes at Gro-up, Beitspad 2.
Tuesday 11.30 - 13.00: Albert Heijn Rokkeveen, FC Zoetermeer, Zonnebloem Zoetermeer-Zuid, Junis, Stichting Sportwise Connection Zoetermeer and the municipality of Zoetermeer are organizing a free lunch for the elderly, where you can be picked up by FC Zoetermeer's player bus! You must first register for the lunch. This can be done via the e-mail address at the bottom of this page or you can get a registration form at the service desk of Albert Heijn.
Wednesday at 9:45 and 10:30 a.m.: The library and Junis provide a reading morning, of 2 times half an hour, for toddlers. At the neighborhood library, Nathaliegang 81.
Thursday 10:30 - 15:30: At neighborhood association Rokkeveen, Prismalaan 34, there will be creative workshops organized by Wijck, Gemiva will make a delicious soup, Middin will provide snacks and Gro-up will provide games. The Knussebus from Theater Hart will also be there for a nice chat while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. No transportation? Call 06-82083172 to discuss the possibilities.
Friday 16.00 - 17.00: Sporting Club Zoetermeer provides kickboxing classes, this time at Gro-up location Elektrablauw 1.
