Week of Connection in Rokkeveen
From Monday, October 5, through Sunday, October 11, Rokkeveen will once again be celebrating “Week of Connection” for the third time. What once began in Rokkeveen has since grown into a week during which residents, organizations, and partners work together to foster social interaction, a sense of community, and fun activities in the neighborhood.
We’ll kick off Connection Week in festive style on Saturday, October 3, with an opening party at De Vlieger Community Center. This will be followed by a week packed with a variety of activities for all ages. These include playing sports together, singing, playing games, reading aloud, making music, socializing, and activities specifically for children, teens, and seniors.
The program is still being developed, but we’d like to give you a sneak peek at what’s planned. That way, you can mark the Week of Connection on your calendar and keep an eye on this page for the latest updates.
