CKC Activities in August
Work will soon be carried out on the HVAC systems at the CKC. The current system is not functioning properly, which means the building is often too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. There are also frequent malfunctions. For this reason, new systems will be installed, including heat pumps, a new air handling unit, solar panels, and sunshades.
Most of the work will take place inside the building. We expect to begin installing equipment on the roof in the second half of August. A crane will be used for this purpose. As a result, nearby residents may experience temporary inconvenience, such as noise or restricted access in the immediate vicinity.
